It is the policy of Card Access, Inc. (“Card Access”), to maintain in confidence information received from customers and visitors to the web site (the “Web Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how Card Access treats information about you that it receives when you become a Card Access customer or when you otherwise provide information to Card Access (by, for example, submitting questions or comments to Card Access’s Support Group or in connection with ordering a product).

Customer Information
Card Access uses the information submitted in connection with the purchase and registration of Time-Scout Monitor and related card packs solely for the purpose of fulfilling purchase orders and providing product support.

The only other customer information collected or stored by Card Access through the Web Site is information submitted by customers or Web Site visitors to Card Access’s Support Group. Card Access reserves the right to use any such information in any manner it deems appropriate; however, to the extent Card Access uses any such information in any manner other than in connection with providing product support you have requested or defending itself against a claim, Card Access will take steps to ensure that no personally identifiable information is shared with any third party as a result of such use.

Card Access will not sell, rent, lease, trade, swap, market, exchange, barter, distribute, or disclose in any way whatsoever any information about its customers and visitors without specific permission.

Like most web sites, Card Access makes use of browser "cookies." Cookies are files written to a user's hard disk and read by server programs to inform a website if the user has previously visited that site. Cookies are used to improve the Web Site, and in the future may be used to store customer preferences and choices. In addition, Card Access may use one or more outside advertising companies to refer visitors to the Web Site. The advertisements used by these companies may contain cookies. The cookies received with such ads will be used by Card Access for targeting and tracking purposes only.
